- Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice so we have enough time to fill your time slot with another client wanting to schedule services. In the event that we do not receive the required 24 hour notice, we reserve the right to charge you 100% of your booked service total
- If in the event of a no call/no show, you will be charged 100% of your booked service total
- If you are running more than 5 minutes behind, we may need to shorten your service to accommodate your providers schedule, or reschedule all together. In this instance, the 24 hour notice policy applies
- You must be 18 years of age or older to receive services at Bespoke Esthetics unaccompanied by a legal guardian, or must provide written consent
